I came to this through getting to know Adriana through the Critical Hit podcast I had no previous experience with the webcomic, having only read this single volume The story is rather fun, mixing a manga art style with a superhero story The only real issue I had here was with the art at times, which was occasionally difficult to follow Since I have learned that this was based on a webcomic, I expect that the art will improve as the story proceeds If that is the case, this seems like this will be a rewarding series This issue, itself, was rather fun, with some Justice League analogues and their kid sidekicks, as well as a memorably amusing villain It is very much a story of what the heroes get up to when they aren t being heroes rather than their adventures as heroes That perspective, I think, is what I enjoyed about X Men comics back in the day, so that was enjoyable I am interested to see where the next volume goes. MAoH is originally a webcomic but was done comic book style, down to page layouts and being separated into issues that are approximately the same length as a normal comic There are only four issues total so far, which amounts to about 100 pages, so this is a fairly quick read but leaves you wanting. The story focuses on sixth grade superheroes and the adults that they put up with The comic is still setting things up in some ways, but there s already a lot of action, plot advancement and character development for a couple of characters, anyway I m not going to get into details to avoid spoilers, but I will say MAoH is extremely well written The characters feel distinct, the pacing is spot on and the dialog is great It would be easy to make Simon unlikable, but instead he comes across as an endearing kind of obnoxious, which is no small accomplishment. The art is likewise very strong, has a nice style and compliments the story well Overall MAoH is a fun read and is off to a great start. Me ha encantado Superh roes, una est tica super chula y un idioma raro, atlante, qu m s se puede pedir
