From the authors of bestseller Steam Train, Dream Train comes two books to help kids learn numbers and colors.

Steam Train, Dream Train 123, takes kids on a ride while they learn numbers one through ten. Each page focuses on one number, the illustrations emphasizing that number in several different ways. The book starts with, “One engine holds one happy bear, rolling through the nighttime air. One headlight shines, one whistle blows, one bell rings as the engine goes.”

Young children also learn about the types of cars on a train, as animals ride in the engine, a flatbed car, a boxcar, hopper car, caboose, and more.

Steam Train, Dream Train Colors brings splashes of color while staying true to the overall look of the series. Animals, such as dinosaurs, monkeys, a giraffe, lion and others, ride the train. Some defy their normal colors, like a pink hippo and the purple bear. Others, like the white polar bear and the grey elephant, are more natural looking.

Both books feature soothing colors that evoke evening light, and they are great books to encourage little children to get sleepy while being read to.

The publisher provided me with a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review. adorable illustrations. #Read Pdf ô Steam Train, Dream Train 1-2-3 Ì Steam Train Dream Train Read Aloud For Kids Published On May ,Book Steam Train Dream Train By Sherri Duskey Rinker Illustrated By Tom Lichtenheld Hello And Welcome To The Joyful Bookshelf Where Books Are FUN This Channel Is Steam Train, Dream Train By Sherri Duskey Rinker Steam Train, Dream Train Is The Story Of A Train With A Very Unusual Crew Bears, Elephants, Monkeys, Kangaroos And Other Animals When The Train Pulls Into The Station, Crew Members Load It Up With All Kinds Of Things Kids Love To Play With The Monkeys Bring In Monkey Bar Steam Train Dream Train By Sherri Duskey Rinker The Dream Train Pulls Into The Station, And One By One The Train Cars Are Loaded Polar Bears Pack The Reefer Car With Ice Cream, Elephants Fill The Tanker Cars With Paints, Tortoises Stock The Steam Train Dream Train YouTubeYear Old Veteran And His Secrets To Life Will Make You Smile Short Film Showcase Duration National Geographic Recommended For You Steam Train Dream Train YouTube With Permission From Cronicle Books Phonics Song With TWO Words A For Apple ABC Alphabet Songs With Sounds For Children Blue Fish Baby Songs And Rhymes Steam Dreams Wonderful Days Out By Steam Train The Steam Dreams Rail Co, Albury Lodge, The Street, Albury, Guildford GU AE TE Info Steamdreams VAT RegThe Specialists For Live Steam Garden Railways Welcome To Dream Steam Model Railways Here We Stock Mm And G Scale Spares, Track, Locos Rolling Stock Op Enam Pm Monday Friday Saturdayampm The Showroom Is Now Reopen And You Are Welcome To Visit Us In Addition To Ordering Online Click Here To Request A Catalogue While nothing can be as good as the original, it's still fun to get back into the world of the steam train/dream train which was a childhood favorite of my boys'. So while we're here hanging out at home, I thought we would do a digital readaloud of this second one that teaches numbers. Meh. Colors had about ½ the text. Baby is bored with this one. Animals, rhyming, counting, trains, playground equipment, jumping on the bed, ice cream cone to tall to eat... really what else do you need in a kid's book?? This board book is a rhyming counting story about a steam train. Nicely illustrated. Excellent! Trains, first off, which we love! Also, some rhythm/rhyme (cadence at least) and counting. Love it! My 22monthold really likes this book. He pretty much recognizes the numbers 110 now, and enjoys being able to name the animals and items in the pictures. I like the texture of the illustrations, kind of coloredpencily and soft. This is a cute book with counting, trains and fun. However I don't understand publishers that put together a board book that is this long. Usually listeners of board books need brief text.

The illustrations are fun and colorful. I like how the type of train car is listed on each page.
